The Company:

My client within Manufacturing is looking for an Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the QSHE manager, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing company.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Answering call and managing visitors including on site briefings
  • Create purchase orders as required
  • Generate process routings
  • Organising goods in area
  • Support with purchase order process
  • Arrange collection, receipt of goods and delivery logistics
  • Maintain customer and supplier databases
  • Provide support to all departments as and when required
  • General office administration duties
  • Stationary and consumable monitoring
  • Support with KPI generation
  • Support with customer and supplier portal management
  • Maintain trackers

Essential/Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Motivated individual with a can do attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
