The Company:
My client within Manufacturing is looking for an Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the QSHE manager, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing company.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Answering call and managing visitors including on site briefings
- Create purchase orders as required
- Generate process routings
- Organising goods in area
- Support with purchase order process
- Arrange collection, receipt of goods and delivery logistics
- Maintain customer and supplier databases
- Provide support to all departments as and when required
- General office administration duties
- Stationary and consumable monitoring
- Support with KPI generation
- Support with customer and supplier portal management
- Maintain trackers
Essential/Desirable:
- Experience of working in a similar position
- Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail
- Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner
- Motivated individual with a can do attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
