Our client are looking for an experience Customer Service Administrator based in Chelmsford on a temporary basis for 6- 8 weeks.
Main Duties:
- Answering and booking in appointments for subcontractors
- Calling Customers to book in planned service visits
- updating database
- Liaising with various clients regarding their works
- General admin
Key Requirements:
- Organised and be able to prioritise work
- Will be able to work unsupervised and use their own initiative
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and all Office programmes
