Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our property sales team, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments. ??
  • Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing information on properties and services. ??
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. ??
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our client and property database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ??
  • Marketing Support: Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings. ??
  • Coordination: Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions. ??
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. ??
  • Office Management: Handle general office duties and maintain a well-organised workspace. ??

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the property or real estate sector. ??
  • Skills: Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ??
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanour. ???
  • Customer Service: A customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with clients. ??
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the property sales process and local property market is an advantage. �??
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ??
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to manage varying workloads and deadlines. ?
