Job Title: Private Client Locum

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Private Client Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in West Yorkshire for an initial period of 3 months, with the strong possibility of an extension.
The client is looking for someone to attend the office on a full time basis.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years' case handling experience in private client law. A proven track record of handling complex cases with precision and sensitivity is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using legal software and a thorough understanding of current legislation and regulations are also required.
Duties
- Managing a diverse caseload
- Handling various matters including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Making applications to the probate registry
- Covering any new instructions
Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
