IT Service Desk Analyst

Your new role

  • Onsite Support: Provide proactive, face-to-face assistance to over 2,000 users.
  • Swift Issue Resolution: Use problem-solving skills to promptly address IT queries and problems.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a calm, empathetic approach while ensuring great customer service.
  • Incident Tracking: Log and track end users' incidents using ITSM systems within SLAs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to travel to their Welwyn Garden City office 5 days a week
  • Experience working in customer service and IT Support
  • Prior experience configuring and deploying laptops/devices for new users would be a plus
  • Excellent customer service with great communication skills

What you'll get in return

  • 6-Month Contract (with a possibility for extension)
  • £15 - 17 per hour (via PAYE)
