As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to the CEO, handling a variety of high-level administrative tasks, including HR matters and aspects of Finance. This is a varied role with delegated decision making responsibilities across the whole business.

Description

The Executive Assistant/PA duties include:

  • Keep the CEO's email, calendar, and travel plans in check.
  • Company Secretary responsibility, supporting with meeting schedules, minute-taking, capturing actions and recording updates.
  • Preparing budgets and papers for Board and Finance meetings.
  • Managing and overseeing new company initiatives, acting in representative capacity.
  • Supporting recruitment processes, from advertising through to appointments.
  • Manage new starters and leavers, absence records, and HR files.
  • Organise events, meetings, staff socials, and training sessions.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Profile

We need an Executive Assistant with proven experience in a PA or EA role, and some exposure to HR and Finance. Here are the essentials:

  • Ability to work independently and be proactive.
  • Initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Outgoing, confident, and professional communication skills.
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
