Description
The Executive Assistant/PA duties include:
- Keep the CEO's email, calendar, and travel plans in check.
- Company Secretary responsibility, supporting with meeting schedules, minute-taking, capturing actions and recording updates.
- Preparing budgets and papers for Board and Finance meetings.
- Managing and overseeing new company initiatives, acting in representative capacity.
- Supporting recruitment processes, from advertising through to appointments.
- Manage new starters and leavers, absence records, and HR files.
- Organise events, meetings, staff socials, and training sessions.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Profile
We need an Executive Assistant with proven experience in a PA or EA role, and some exposure to HR and Finance. Here are the essentials:
