Our clients are a one-branch privately owned Estate Agency business that have been established for over 25 years in the lovely town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
A family run business with a close-knit team who deliver exceptional service to customers who are seeking to either sell or let their property in and around Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
They are a very busy office and are seeking to expand their team to deal with the increase in current enquiries.
As an experienced Estate Agency Valuer, you will enjoy the following: -
- A basic salary of between £25,000 per annum depending on previous experience.
- An office commission package that is uncapped and we would expect you to be earning around £50,000 per annum in your first year.
- Car Allowance or Company car considered for the right candidate.
- A five-day working week to include every Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week

We are seeking a candidate who the following current experience, skills and attributes: -
- MUST have a minimum of two years' experience in Valuing and Listing properties
- Have a proven track record in delivering good level of instructions with good fee levels.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Be very well presented and able to confidently deal with Vendors and Buyers both face to face and over the telephone.
- MUST be willing to canvass properties to grow market-share.
- Be able to Value and List properties and hit the ground running.
- MUST be totally customer focused and continue the reputation of the business within Leigh on Sea.
- Be proactive and ambitious to grow your career with this great business.
