Jenson Fisher are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our client in the beautiful town of St Andrews. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!

As the Part Time Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Support team members with day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
