This established hotel & spa brandis looking to add a Reservations Manager to lead their established team of Reservation Advisors and Administrators. You would have direct responsibility for 3 Assistant Managers as well as the performance of the reservations team overall. Reporting to This is a dynamic environment where the Reservations Manager will play a key role in setting the direction and culture of the team and whilst managing the performance of the team overall.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reservations Manager:
- Develop, coach and support the reservation agents to ensure excellent customer service and that revenue targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement across both customer interaction and service, as well as products and packages.
- Work in partnership with the commercial team on creative sales initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a team leading or management role within a sales environment, travel agency or other B2C environment
- Commercial background with an understanding of a sales environment
- Passionate about providing a high level of customer service from the very first enquiry
