Credit Controller

Join our client's small finance team in North Baddesley as a Credit Controller. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Sage 200. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and collect debts from company debtors efficiently.
- Ensure timely payments are made by following up with clients.
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately.
- Reconcile complex accounts to maintain financial order and transparency.
- Handle queries related to invoices and payments promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities.
- This is a transactional role, and will require both email and phone communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
- Proficiency in Sage 200 is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent and confident communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing sensitive matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
