Location: Havering area, Ongoing work
Our client is recruiting for a multi trade to assist within their maintenance and Carpentry team on a Temp To Perm Basis
Day to day duties:
- Carrying out arrange of responsive and planned repairs and maintenance on a Refurbishment Project
- Diagnose faults and rectify them in a prompt and appropriate manor
- Liaise closely with the Director/Site Manager and other departments that effect the work
Essential Skills:
- Experience in Multi Trade work eg plastering, carpentry, basic plumbing and decorating
- Full driving license and tools
