You'll handle all the financial stuff alongside the Financial Controller, keeping the company's finances in great shape, and give strategic advice to help them reach their long-term goals. With your open and "can do" attitude, you'll fit right in with this energetic, forward-thinking team.
In this role, you'll be in charge of creating and implementing financial strategies to hit the company's goals. You'll prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, while managing cash flow, accounting, and reporting. Leading the finance department, you'll ensure all financial info is accurate and reliable. You'll also handle the annual audit process, working with external auditors and tax advisors, and make sure they stick to all financial regulations and legal requirements.
Keeping an eye on the company's financial performance, you'll spot trends and suggest fixes. Plus, you'll help develop and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
What's needed?
- CIMA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
