Business Operation Support
- Privileged access reviews
- Regular service and commercial reviews
- Internal stakeholder requirement management

- IT Governance, policies and handbooks
- Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery
Profile
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Experience working in an international business, across multiple time zones.
- Strong stakeholder management and situational judgement skills
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Broad IT experience across infrastructure, network and operating systems.
- Experience managing outsourced IT partners.
- Graduate and non-graduate applicants welcome, as emphasis is on operational experience.
- ITIL, Prince qualifications an advantage
