Hiring Now: Commercial Finance Analyst
I'm currently working with a fantastic company in the FMCG sector that's looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to support a rapidly growing division in their global business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing product costings and providing essential financial insights to drive profitability.

The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing product costings (pricing) for new business to support sustainable growth.
- Partnering with the Head of, providing crucial insights on pricing, product profitability, and cost optimisation.
- Delivering variance analysis and supporting corrective actions for financial performance.
- Creating scenario planning models to assist in key investment decisions (capital investment, third-party manufacturing, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Enterprise Service Organisation (ESO) to support supply chain and commercial opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate standard costs and overseeing overhead spend.
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with performance analysis and reporting.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 3 years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing/distribution/retail sectors with exposure to standard costing.
- Part-qualified or passed finalist (CIMA/ACCA).
- Strong experience in pricing/costings in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across all levels of an organisation.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SumIfs, Pivot Tables); knowledge of SAP4/HANA or Microsoft D365 is a bonus.
