Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join the team. This role is perfect for someone with strong business development skills, experienced in closing mid-size deals (approximately £30,000 ARR), and a proven track record in small to medium-sized software companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients, employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions and address client pain points.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay competitive.
  • Close Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market software, ideally within the education sector.
  • Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A native level of English is mandatory.
  • Foreign Languages a bonus
