Our client is an established organisation looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to join their team based in Brighouse.
This is a fully office-based role, and you will become an integral part of a busy team.
The role
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- Working with new and existing customers, managing accounts and looking for new leads that could potentially generate business.
- Managing calls and emails.
- Following up on expected deliveries to customers.
- Checking Stock availability
- Managing a database of lapsed customers.
- Soft sales, including up selling and cross-selling to current customers.
- Researching potential new customers for the external sales team to target.
- General admin support duties.
The candidate
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in liaising with customers via phone and email.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Office 365.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Basic salary £26,000 - £28,000pa with an achievable team bonus structure in place, paid monthly and quarterly.
