How will you be making a difference
- Diagnose and repair devices.
- Handle quotations and shipping documents.
- Manage repair processes for Microsoft and Apple devices.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Apple systems.
- Service and refurbish devices to optimal functionality.
- Coordinate timely repairs and communication with customers.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and data management.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Essential Qualifications/skills/experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of Windows and iOS.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to adapt to change.
Useful Qualifications/skills/experience
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
- An interest in technology.
- Familiarity with computers.
Additional information:
- Due to the nature of the role and its inherent requirements, the candidate is required to work full-time at the office.
- The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.
- You will need to maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of all our products and their uses.
- You will meet and keep in regular contact with other teams in the business.
