How will you be making a difference

  • Diagnose and repair devices.
  • Handle quotations and shipping documents.
  • Manage repair processes for Microsoft and Apple devices.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Apple systems.
  • Service and refurbish devices to optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate timely repairs and communication with customers.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Essential Qualifications/skills/experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows and iOS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change.

Useful Qualifications/skills/experience

  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
  • An interest in technology.
  • Familiarity with computers.

Additional information:

  • Due to the nature of the role and its inherent requirements, the candidate is required to work full-time at the office.
  • The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.
  • You will need to maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of all our products and their uses.
  • You will meet and keep in regular contact with other teams in the business.
