Salary: £23,000 Basic- £25,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday- Friday- 8:30- 17:00 / 1 in 2 Saturdays- 9:00- 14:00

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as an Accompanied Viewer, either experienced or trainee. As an Accompanied Viewer, you will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, coupled with your knowledge of the local property market, will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the agency.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Property Viewings:

  • Accompany prospective buyers and tenants to view properties, presenting key features and benefits.
  • Provide insightful information about the property, its surroundings, and the local market.

Build Client Relationships:

  • Establish rapport with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Coordinate Schedules:

  • Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to schedule and organise property viewings efficiently.
  • Confirm appointments with clients and coordinate logistics for property tours.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare concise reports on property viewings, highlighting noteworthy observations and recommendations.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate or a related industry but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and surrounding areas would be a bonus.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanour and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Transport
