This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to take the lead on a diverse range of high-profile projects, expanding your portfolio within a well-established, multidisciplinary practice.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proven expertise in producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience in conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to support senior technicians in resolving technical issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Leadership in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience working on commercial projects
