Role: Regional Site Administrator
Salary: £32,000

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup of new sites, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Support the distribution of tender documentation to subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication.
- Maintain records of site inductions, making sure all necessary safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate site meetings and provide updates during internal team meetings, fostering strong collaboration.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Support the organisation of team events and socials, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and manage CCS schemes, ensuring compliance and collecting necessary evidence.
- Gather data and information for environmental initiatives, contributing to sustainable practises.
- Assist with audits and bespoke project reporting, ensuring high standards are met.
- Support project handover activities, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Contribute to project reviews, ensuring quality assurance of project documentation.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient data management and communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's licence, own transport and ability to travel to various site locations
