This role will see you come on board as a Publishing Contracts Executive (Senior) where you will be apart of a dynamic and creative industry, in a permant position.
Previous experience in publishing is essential.
This role is to start as soon as possible base in the London office. Your role will involve but is not limited too:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for content provided across all divisions
- Work closely with editorial staff to provide contractual support
- Answer questions and queries related to contracts and provide contractual support for internal areas of the business.
- Maintain an accurate record of contract progress
- High internal stakeholder management
- Experienced drafting, reviewing contract and addenda
- Excellent understanding of contract law
About you:
- Excellent knowledge of Biblio
- Must have experience as a contracts administrator or executive
- Previous experiences in print, broadcast, distribution and/or media is highly desirable
- Detailed orientated
- Ability to handle queries efficiently and have a keen eye for detail
- Salary depending on experince
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
