The role – Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
The salary - £45,000 - £56,000
The location – Aberdeen
Job Type – This is a fixed term role offered on a 16 month basis.
I'm working with a fantastic multi-national organisation looking to add a Dynamics 365 Systems Consultant to their team as they undergo a major implementation project. This role will support with the full lifecycle of the project, from requirement gathering, development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the organisations core ERP system, with the ultimate goal being to ensure the reliability, stability and performance of the system.
Your day-to-day:
- Gather technical requirements to deliver key requirements within Dynamics 365.
- Analyst Dynamics systems configuration to align business processes, gaps within the system and deliver upon improvements.
- Provide technical expertise to guide the transition process to the new system.
- Deliver upon systems administration, process mapping, testing and development.
- Support with end-user support and training.
- Collaborate with organisational teams to support with enhancements and upgrades.
- Serve as the primary point of technical support for Dynamics 365, troubleshooting issues and working to prevent repeat errors.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and security within D365.
- Develop system documentation including end-user documentation and training material.
About you:
- You'll have experience with fast paced ERP deployment projects.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX 2009/2012.
- Experience delivering test planning with D365 Finance and Operations.
- Knowledge of the Dynamics AX framework.
- A familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle.
- Knowledge utilising Power Platform.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience developing technical documentation and training documentation for end-users.
