Job Title - Finance and Support Co-Ordinator

Location - South Shields NE33

Contract - Temp - June 2025

Hours - 22.5

Role summary - Join our client's dynamic team in Waste Services as a Finance and Support Co-Ordinator. Your role will be pivotal in providing high-quality support for our Commercial Waste Service through efficient credit control and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and trade customers.
  • Process account documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Produce Duty of Care paperwork to meet legal requirements.
  • Arrange ad-hoc collections and invoices, managing all associated paperwork.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.
  • Manage and distribute Round Lists for crews, ensuring up-to-date customer information.
  • Set up appointments with trade customers.
  • Triage and address customer feedback, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.

Credit Control:

  • Assist the Senior Credit Controller with invoicing and credit control.
  • Produce invoices in a timely manner and ensure effective payment controls.

Team Collaboration and Corporate Contribution:
