An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager to join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Central London with great transport links.
This firm was set up in September 2021 and is now consistently growing and on-boarding 30-40 new clients per month.
They have grown 350% in the last 12months & there are no plans on this growth slowing down!
It's projected for the rest of 2023, 2024 & beyond!
The firm specialises and works with Start-ups, Scale-ups and SMEs and their goal is to support their growth plans and scale their business.
With an ever-growing client base of innovative tech-focussed start-ups, this firm provides an engaged, informed, and high-quality service to ensure their clients can focus on the job at hand which is scaling their business effectively!
About the role
Working with Start-ups, Scale-ups and SMEs, you will be a confident client facing accountant ensuring the following duties are carried out in a proactive and timely manner:
- Liaising and managing a portfolio of clients
- Training and managing a team of between 3-4 of Junior to Semi-Senior Accountants
- Reviewing Year End Accounts, VAT returns, Payroll Submissions
- Looking at how you can add further client value through Advisory services
- Preparing financial forecasts for clients
- Promoting the firm's wider services such as R&D Tax Credits, EIS & SEIS, EMI Schemes.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
- Qualified ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines (essential)
- Previous experience working within a practice or professional services organisation (essential)
This role will suit a newly qualified or an individual who is qualified by experience.
The role requires individuals who are self-starters and can make the role into their own.

What's on offer
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Annual Bonus

- Contract type: Full Time / Permanent
- Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch)
