Salary: £87 - £97 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 and small group support for students with severe learning difficulties and disabilities
- Assist in managing SEMH challenges with patience and understanding
- Collaborate with teachers to create a nurturing and effective learning environment
- Foster independence, confidence, and social skills in students
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A genuine passion for working with SEND students
- Experience working in special or mainstream schools supporting children with learning difficulties and SEMH needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, patient, and positive approach to supporting challenging behavior
- A proactive attitude and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
