Senior Media & Response Analyst, London (hybrid working). £37K depending on experience, plus benefits.

This direct marketing fundraising agency are committed to helping NGOs acquire new donors through direct response television and digital video. They also use film to help to inspire current donors to continue to keep giving.

As a Senior Media Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of media campaigns and building strong client relationships through expert analysis and strategic insight. You will also act as the go-to person for all media-related queries in the absence of senior team members, develop a strong reputation within the team and the agency, and take the initiative in refining processes within the Media team and with Producer groups.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in media analysis and client management. You might be:

  • A current Media Analyst looking to step up to a senior role.
  • An experienced Data Planner or Direct Response Media Analyst from an agency.

This Senior Media Analyst responsibilities are:

  • Work predominantly with Power BI and Excel - as well as some other data platforms.
  • Produce and present comprehensive review decks, from initial data input to final client presentations.
  • Take ownership of complex data issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Enhance the quality of analysis, insight, and visualisation through regular reviews of market trends and Power BI offerings.
  • Perform detailed TV results analysis and call centre performance evaluations.
  • Develop a well-established knowledge of current DRTV markets, understanding the differences and nuances between them, and use this knowledge to good effect when entering new markets.This Senior Media Analyst will need:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and deriving insights from data sets.
  • Understanding of basic principles of analysis/statistics, ideally with a background in Science or Maths.
  • Ability to identify issues and opportunities in data to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Engaging presentation style to effectively convey analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to 'read the room' and ask pertinent questions to gain deeper insights.
