This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an extensive track record of motivating, coaching, and developing a team to success.
You will oversee the development and management of relationships within the commercial side of the business, working collaboratively with other departments.

The successful candidate:
- To come on board and help drive the business
- Increase market share
- Customer focused, with a strong business acumen
- Develop an existing successful team
- Analyse sales performance and deliver regular reports
- Encourage a results-drive environment
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows and conferences
Skills:
- Having a track record of growing a business
- Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team
- Have a natural ability to build rapport with other people
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills for effective forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision making
Benefits & Pay:
- £55,000-£70,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and commission structure
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
