Role Overview: As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality education that inspires and motivates students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. This role offers the potential for a permanent position from September 2025, allowing you to continue making a significant impact on our students' educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of Key Stage 2 students
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school initiatives
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students
- Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and reflective practice
