Layka Recruitment are recruiting for a successful family-owned company which has been established since 1984. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bedroom designer / salesperson to join their already strong and successful sales team to continue with their growth plans.
JOB & PERSON SPECIFICATION:
To be successful you need to be an experienced, positive, and highly motivated Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant with a proactive approach and a proven track record in selling kitchens to both middle and higher end markets.
Whilst we will be expecting you to be sales driven and able to close deals, your style must be professional and not aggressive.
We are looking for someone who is confident and presentable with excellent time management and organisational skills. You must be able to communicate well and build rapport. You must have technical knowledge of installations to enable accurate quoting and produce visually attractive and practical designs ready to order.
Experience of CAD/Compusoft Winner/ Cyncly is preferable.
Working Hours for Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant - Approx. 9 –5 Monday – Saturday with an agreed weekday off on rota.
Flexible working will be required to accommodate appointments to suit customer requirements. To be successful, working most Saturdays is important in this role.
Own car and Full UK driving licence is essential.
Salary and commission package negotiable depending upon experience and skills.
