Oxford Circus - 4 days a week in-office (Mondays & Fridays required - no flex)

We're hiring for a fast-growing retail group that's investing heavily in data and digital. With a major shift to Google Cloud now complete and a centralised analytics team in place, it's an exciting time to join.

As a Digital Product Analyst, you'll sit within the Product Analytics team - working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Implementation teams to understand user behaviour, site performance, and optimisation opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing user journeys and on-site performance
  • Supporting A/B testing and experimentation
  • Working with GA4 and SQL/BigQuery to build insights
  • Partnering with the GTM team on tracking and data quality
  • Contributing to product decisions with actionable data

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in digital or product analytics (not marketing-focused)
  • GA4 or Adobe Analytics knowledge
  • SQL skills and some experience with BigQuery
  • Familiarity with GTM or similar tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
