**What You'll Do
As our MI Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for transforming raw data into powerful insights. You'll:
- Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards to support senior leadership
- Automate reporting and data workflows using Python and VBA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights that shape business strategy and operational efficiency
- Continuously improve data processes and reporting accuracy
**What You Bring
- Proven experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Strong skills in Python and/or VBA for automation and RPA
- A sharp analytical mind with a passion for storytelling through data
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (automotive or tech a plus!)
- Mandarin speaking will be of huge benefit
