The role of a Teaching Assistant is to provide the extra support and guidance the pupils may need within the classroom, as well as supporting them within small group intervention sessions in order to raise attainment levels.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working very closely with the KS2 team who go above and beyond for their pupils, ensuring they get the support they need as well as promoting creative outlets within the classroom.

During your time at this fantastic school, you will be supported by the schools headteacher who has been with the school for a number of years and has made it the school it is today, with its fantastic results and brilliant ethos around access to education, this is the best first role you could get within education as a Teaching Assistant.
