The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role, but those looking to enter industry will be considered. They must have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.
Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
- Basic salary of up to £24,000

Lettings Negotiator – Duties
- Negotiate lets between Landlords and tenants
- Produce tenancy agreements and monitor tenant referencing through to move in
- Assist with organising repairs for the managed portfolio
- Processing changeover of tenancies and liaising with utility suppliers
- Booking inspections and viewings
- Handling general Lettings enquiries
- General Lettings administration
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
- Strong administration background and able to liaise with the general public
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
- You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
