The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Lettings team as a Property Manager or Junior Property Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and excellent customer service skills to build a solid career in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property visits to ensure homes are well-maintained
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, block managers, and other stakeholders
  • Resolve tenant queries and issues with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties
