Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a start up construction business in their search for an Office Administrator. This role will offer progression as the business grows with the ideal person stepping into a management role

Ideally you will need to have worked in a similar role within a fast paced business

Duties include:

  • General administration
  • Processing invoices and uploading them onto the system
  • Completing purchase orders and invoices
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Chasing outstanding invoices via the phone and email
  • Supporting the sales team with after sales documents

Ideally you will:

  • Have previous experience in Admin/Finance/Accounts
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be a problem solver
  • Be proficient with Microsoft office
