Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Waterloo
Hourly Rate: £12 - £13
Duration: 3-4 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, Wednesday - Sunday
Hours:
- Wednesday- Thursday 10am-3pm
- Friday- 2pm-6pm
- Saturday and Sunday- 10am-6pm
Start Date: 14th October 2024
End Date: Expected end of January 2025
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets for the exhibition and provide information on the event
- Sell exhibition merchandise, including cups, magnets, and the official book, at the bookshop
- Validate and process ticket sales at the ticket office
- Ensure accurate and cashless transactions
Skills:
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a friendly demeanour
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to engage with visitors and provide information about the exhibition
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
