HR Shared Services Administator

You will be working for a global banking company in Central London.

This role will operate of a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
You will be working as a HR Shared Services Administrator on an initial 9 month FTC however there is potential for this role to become permanent.

This is the first point of contact for HR Shared Services support and will be responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with internal clients, providing accurate and timely customer service and resolving HR transactions and administration, including complex issues, within agreed service levels. The job holder has ownership and accountability for managing the resolution of customer issues

Some duties will include

  • Respond to and resolve tier 1 level support to all employee/stakeholders at all levels within the company, keeping key stakeholders updated on the status of tasks
  • Coach managers and employees to use Tier 0 tools where available, and educate on Workday processes and user guides
  • Partnering with others to support client centric approach
  • Lead on reference requests from internal and external clients ensuring they are completed as per policy and SLA
  • Lead on the onboarding, offboarding and contract extensions of contingent workers ensuring data entry and maintenance is accurate and completed as per the SLA
  • Data entry and data maintenance on Workday or other business systems
  • Data entry and data maintenance in relation to all employee information, championing data integrity and utilising the system to its full capability. Ensuring adequate controls in place to reduce errors. Ensure appropriate internal procedures and controls are in line with best practice HR.
  • Responsible for the document management processes within HR Shared Services, ensuring that all required documentation is scanned/filed accordingly to employee personnel records.
  • Ensuring adherence to GDPR requirements whilst managing sensitive employee data.
  • Process and reconcile purchases and invoices within the HR function Ensure all services delivered are done so in accordance with agreed policies and procedures and contribute towards delivering a high level of client service

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a HR administrative position.

Ideally you will have experience in a shared services environment however this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on previous experience.
