The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are seeking a Transaction Manager to join a dealership group based in Newbury.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills, keen attention to detail, and experience in an automotive showroom role. You should fully understand how to assist the sales team in constructing and closing profitable deals, prioritising customer satisfaction.
While they prefer someone already in a similar role, they're open to considering experienced Senior Sales Executives eager to advance.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:
Connect customers with appropriate financing options.
Enhance department results through efficient lead management and reporting.
Support Sales Closures
Promote efficient order handling and timely vehicle delivery.
Help the Sales Manager meet new and used car sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct Financial Forecasting
Act as Sales Manager substitute when needed
The Package:
Basic Salary: £26,250 + £55,000 OTE + Company Car + Commission & Bonuses!!
5.5-day Working week on a set rota that included weekends [45 Hour week].
31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays, some of which you will be required to cover).
