Salary: £12.82 - £13.33 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for equipment rentals.
- Perform data entry and handle various administrative tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer support by quickly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Previous experience in scheduling, data entry, and administrative functions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
