This is a temporary position based either remotely or in our client's offices in Loughborough, offering a competitive hourly rate of £16.61. Please note that this is a temporary position for a duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extension. The working pattern is full time, requiring 36.25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

As a Trade Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building Import Shipment in Software.
  • Data entry based on commercial invoices.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Identifying discrepancies and analysing data patterns.
  • Contacting suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information.
  • Utilising commodity code and classification knowledge (a plus).
  • Assisting with any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and determine priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
