Cyber Security Engineer - Full time Contract - Hybrid in London
I am working with a major player in the public sector who are offering a 6 month contract, starting ASAP with extension potential. The role is hybrid 2/3 days on site per week going to either their Corsham, Portsmouth or Northallerton site.
To be considered, you must have:
- Active DV Clearance
- Developed and integrated security event monitoring and incident management services
- Ideally experience with ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) and Tanium
- Previous experience of utilising the MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain frameworks
- Skilled in maintaining Microsoft directory services
- Collaborate with SOC Engineers to maintain up to date dashboards of security alerts
- Support Junior Analysts to manage SOC systems.
- Experience of writing Defence/Government documentation
As Cyber Security Engineer, you will conduct pro-active, risk-based, protective monitoring on priority C4IS/networks to identify internal and external cyber-threats/attacks.
