Remedy Tutors are looking for experienced, flexible SEN Outreach tutors to join our team in and around the Merton area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in up to 16 hours a week per student.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning styles, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).
- Create and implement personalised lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student engagement and understanding.
- Assess and monitor student's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student's educational development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
