Job Title: Assembly Worker - Tractor Plant
Location: Basildon
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week, 06:45 - 15:45
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14.20 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Assembly Worker's to join our client in Basildon on tractor manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble tractor parts and components according to specifications and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in other production tasks as needed to meet plant targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
