We are partnering with an esteemed engineering company to find an experienced Office Manager. This part-time role offers a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension. As the Office Manager, you'll be a vital part of ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office functions, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries.
  • Support HR processes, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office/Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
