Sales Administrator (Temporary)

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a passion for customer service and a knack for administration? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic sales team in South Mimms, Potters Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle both internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are received before passing orders to the dispatch team.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong call handling skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A second language is desirable, but not essential.
