Duties for the role include, but are not limited to,

Answering incoming calls and emails, attending to enquiries from customers, identifying components required, suggesting add-on sales.

Making proactive customer contact calls and information gathering (sales calls) logging results.

Learning catalogue systems to assist in component identification and POS platform.
