As we continue to expand our reach in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), we are looking for a talented and motivated German-speaking (fluent) Business Development Director to join the team.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales person to spearhead our sales efforts in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess a deep understanding of the financial services. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • **Market Research & Strategy:**- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the DACH region.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the needs and dynamics of the DACH market.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • **Sales & Business Development:**- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our fintech solutions.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • **Client Relationship Management:**- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - travel required.- Serve as the point of contact for clients in the DACH region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • **Collaboration & Reporting:**- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the DACH market.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for regional sales initiatives.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Language Skills:**- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.- Proficiency in English is required.
  • **Experience:**- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.- Experience in the DACH region.
  • **Skills & Attributes:**- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
