Content Executive
Part time, Syston (20 hours weekly)
Up to £28,000 pro rata
Are you a creative problem-solver with a knack for optimising platforms and driving sales success? We are seeking a proactive and organised Content Executive to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in keeping the platform aligned with our broader strategy while spearheading the creation of innovative sales content. Your work will help shape our messaging and empower the team to turn prospects into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous optimisation of Highspot, ensuring it's always up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Monitor engagement and user feedback, adjusting content and structure to maximise impact.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify content needs and opportunities.
- Generate fresh, innovative materials to support sales efforts, ensuring messaging resonates with our target audience.
- Regularly review existing content for accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Draft clear briefs for external suppliers to produce compliant and compelling sales materials.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of content.
- Use analytics to track content performance and generate regular reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Experience required:
- Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting for sales or marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and juggle competing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to measure and optimise the effectiveness of enablement tools.
- Marketing qualifications would be a plus.
