The role of a Deputy Manager involves supporting general managers in overseeing business operations, plans, and procedures. Here are some key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set business strategies and develop corporate objectives.
- Consider the organization's mission and vision when designing policies and making critical decisions.
- For instance, if a product isn't performing well in the market, adjust production and focus on developing a more promising product.
Monitoring Business Activities:
- Oversee the execution of business plans and programs.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
- Coordinate with various departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to achieve goals.
Supporting Efficiency and Growth:
- Supervise and coordinate team activities.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
- Handle escalated issues and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
Building Relationships:
- Foster strong bonds with Nursery Practitioners and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Personal skills are essential for creating a supportive environment for children both at the nursery and at home.
Shift Pattern Between: 8am-8pm
