Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an esteemed client and one of the best engine component manufacturers in the world! The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between complex product specifications and customer needs. This is a full time permanent position.
Customer Service Advisor Duties;
- Communicate technical support to customers via phone and email
- Work closely with the engineering teams and production manager to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to delivery and after-sales support
- Provide order status to customers informing them of any changes to delivery dates
- Raising customer quotations
- Raising sales orders
- Attend sales meetings, and represent the sales department at production meetings
Customer Service Advisor Requirements;
- Experience within a customer service / admin role
- Experience working in the precision manufacturing industry is preferred
- Passionate about engineering /automotive / aerospace
Customer Service Advisor Package;
- Permanent, Full Time
- Salary up to £13.50 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
- Additional hours outside of the shifts may be required
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
